How does the process of our collaboration look like?
Everything starts by an exchange of emails as well as an initial talk on the phone or online to get to know each other. As long as it doesn’t exceed an hour, this of course is for free to get things started.
Next, I will email you the concept and schedule I come up with plus expected costs.
I’m interested in three things:
- Clearly defined structure - I love projects that are easy to handle and convenient to control for both sides - you and me. That’s why there will be small steps and clearly defined milestones.
- Maximised quality and cost efficiency - Certainly, you will have a particular budget planned for your investment. No matter how large or small, I’m always looking for quality and cost. If there’s any solution that’s for free, I’m going to tell you. But I certainly will inform you on its quality - pros and cons. Same with payable solutions.
- Transparency and openness - First and foremost, I’m interest in your convenience and your satisfaction with my effort. I appreciate transparency from you as well as I apply it when communicating to you. If something does not work out as expected, I will tell you. In case I’m not thoroughly convinced of something you suggested, I will tell you.
Most of all, before embarking on our collaborative mission, we first must agree on how to proceed (usually, this includes a scripted concept) and then sign a contract that we both are fine with.
